Allocating resource quantities used in an activity is a simple step in the streamlined mobile workflow of creating and completing activities. You can allocate quantities before you start your activity in the New Activity form's Resource Selectors or you can do resource allocation when completing your activity in the Post-Timer Confirmation Page or during your activity by using Resource Timers.
Allocating Quantities in the Activity Form
When you are creating or editing an activity, you can link resources to your activity including Staff, Machinery and Supplies in the Additional Details section of the New or Edit Activity form and then allocate quantities used in the Resource Selector.
First click on the arrow next to a resource type
Next choose a resource item in the Resource Selector and allocate the quantity used below that item or items
Time tracked quantities entered in the Resource Selectors will be overridden if you start the Activity Timer. If you want to manually enter and save your time tracked allocations just click the toggle at the top of your New/Edit activity form.

After timing your activity you can allocate resource quantities and confirm those details in the Post-Timer Confirmation Page.
Next follow the same steps as illustrated above by clicking on the arrow next to a resource type, choosing a resource item in the Selector and allocating the quantity used below that item
